Griyo is one of the most iconic and beloved meals in Haitian cuisine. Griyo (Griot) is marinated, fried pork—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and bursting with bold, zesty Haitian flavor.

Kabrit (Goat in Creole Sauce)
Tender pieces of goat marinated in citrus, herbs, and epis (Haitian seasoning), then slowly stewed in a rich Creole tomato-based sauce.
BOUILLON: $20
Haitian Bouillon is a slow-cooked meat and vegetable stew, often made with beef or goat (sometimes chicken), root vegetables, leafy greens, and dumplings, all simmered together in a savory, well-seasoned broth.
KALALOU: $16.00
Kalalou (Okra Stew) is a thick, savory stew made with okra, meat (commonly beef, goat, crab, or smoked meats), and Haitian spices, all slowly simmered to develop deep, rich flavor. It’s somewhat similar to gumbo, but with Haitian ingredients and seasonings like epis, hot pepper, and sometimes crab or seafood for an extra kick.

Haitian Lambi is a special and flavorful meal centered around lambi, which is the Creole word for conch — a type of large sea snail prized in Caribbean cuisine for its tender, slightly chewy texture and rich flavor

Haitian Spaghetti is a stir-fried spaghetti dish usually made with hot dogs, smoked herring (aransò), sausages, or corned beef, cooked in a rich tomato-based sauce and seasoned with Haitian epis (a blended seasoning of herbs, garlic, peppers, and onions).

Turkey Dinner—known as “Dinde en Sauce” in Haitian Creole—is a flavorful and festive meal typically made with turkey pieces marinated and simmered in a rich Creole sauce. It’s especially popular during holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year, but also served year-round at special events or Sunday dinners.

Lalo features, a deeply flavorful and beloved traditional Haitian stew made with jute leaves (called lalo in Creole), meat, and rich seasonings. This dish is especially popular in the Artibonite region of Haiti and is considered a national favorite for its earthy taste and nutritional value.

Taso Bef Haitian features one of Haiti’s most flavorful and popular meat dishes: Taso Bef — which is fried, marinated beef that’s crispy on the outside and juicy inside. It’s a must-try for anyone who loves bold, savory flavors and traditional Haitian cooking.
